Moha on the Moon
Moha is the name of my bengal cat - it means “Moss” in Hungarian. I love her to pieces, so I decided to immortalise her on a denim jacket. In true cat fashion, she did not seem to appreciate my efforts.
I started off with a photoshop sketch to plan out what I wanted the image to look like roughly. I ended up attempting a more realistic approach in the end though.
I sketched everything out with a white pencil. Getting the size and placement right were tricky!
Moon, or cheese?
Moha's name comes from her eye colour, so of course I had to start with her eyes.
I made her muzzle a little too wide at first, but shaved it down towards the end.
I got a little demotivated at this point, as I realised that the proportions on the chest were off. But hey, Moha didn't mind.
The finished product! Which cat is real and which is fake? We'll never know.
